We would love our products to be available worldwide however, Living By Lights currently only ships within Australia. Please be sure to keep up with our social media pages for updates on shipping availability.

Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday according to dates of pre-orders displayed on products, excluding weekends and public holidays (Australian). Tracking information is sent via the provided email address on the day orders are shipped out. For more information on shipping please contact info@livingbylights.com.au
 
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as Living By Lights does not offer refunds or exchanges on items. If items are damaged please contact Living By lights via our contacts page for more information. Living By Lights is not responsible for items that are damaged in transit.

If you have received the incorrect order, please notify us immediately via our Contact Us page with details including order number and description of the incorrect item. We will respond within 24hours.

If a change of address is made or if details have been incorrectly entered, Living By Lights will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels.
